In Kenneth Branagh‘s film adaptation of William Shakespeare’s “Much ado about nothing”, you can see a particular Italian villa called “Villa Vignamaggio”. Here Kate and Francesco decided to celebrate their wedding with an outdoor ceremony, a connection between a traditional Italian wedding and an English wedding in the middle of the Tuscan hills.
A ceremony “en plain air” with a soft, warm Tuscan breeze for friends and relatives to enjoy.
Legend has it that Leonardo da Vinci took inspiration from these hills, because of their beautiful shapes, for the background of his “Monna Lisa” masterpiece.
